To check your 9mobile account balance, dial *228#. You will then be requested to enter your 9mobile PIN or register a new PIN. The first time you use *228#, you should not be asked for a PIN as it would have been automatically set to 1111 during your network registration process.
How To Check 9mobile Account Balance in Nigeria
To check your account balance without calling the USSD code, you can dial *228# on your 9mobile line.
To know how much airtime credit you have left on your 9mobile account, follow the steps below:
- Dial *2282#
- You will then be requested to enter your 9mobile PIN or register a new PIN if it is your first time using *2282#. If you are not asked to enter your PIN, congratulations; your 9mobile account balance is displayed on your mobile phone screen.
If you know how much airtime credit you have on your account and would only like to know the remaining talk-time, dial 2280# and your 9mobile talk-time remaining will be displayed on your mobile phone screen.
If you would like to know the value of your USSD shortcodes, then dial 2285#, and you will receive a message containing all your 9mobile USSD shortcodes. To exit this menu, simply press ‘#’ on your mobile phone.
To know how many days are left to upgrade your 9mobile sim card, dial 2288#, and a message will be sent to you with the number of days left on your network registration.
To know how much credit is deducted whenever you send SMS, dial 2281# or 2284# and a message containing all your 9mobile SMS rates will be sent to your mobile phone.
To check the type of tariff plan you are on, dial 2283#, and a message will be sent to you with all your activated 9mobile subscription types.
To know the number dialled whenever you dial 2280#, call 2286#, and you will receive a message containing your shortcode. If no SMS is received within 10 minutes, try making another call to 2286#.
